I am paneled with United Health Care only at this time.
I can charge a Health Savings Account (HSA) with a Visa/MasterCard logo.
I can provide you with a monthly "superbill" to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Many health insurance plans reimburse for services as a “non-participating/out of network” provider.

90-Minute Initial Individual Intake Assessment Appointment: $325 (All first time Clients).

90-Minute Initial Relationship Counseling Intake Assessment Appointment: $375 (All first time Clients).

50-Minute Individual Therapy Sessions: $185. (Shorter and longer sessions rates are prorated.)

50-Minute Relationship Counseling Sessions: $210. (Shorter and longer sessions rates are prorated.)

50-Minute Family Therapy Sessions: $225. (Shorter and longer sessions rates are prorated.)
I do not accept insurance as payment for services. If you wish to be reimbursed for your therapy sessions or assessment by your insurance company I will provide you with a "Super Bill" which you may submit to your insurance company as a request for reimbursement.
