Fee Structure
I do not participate in any managed health care plans.
I can charge a Health Savings Account (HSA) with a Visa/MasterCard logo.
I can provide you with a monthly "superbill" to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Many health insurance plans reimburse for services as a “non-participating/out of network”provider.
30 minute consultation in person or by phone: Complimentary, No Fee.
90 Minute Initial Individual Intake Assessment Appointment: $300 (All first time Clients).
90 Minute Initial Relationship Counseling Intake Assessment Appointment: $350 (All first time Clients).
50 Minute Individual Therapy Sessions: $150-$200. (Shorter and longer sessions rates are prorated.)
50 Minute Relationship Counseling Sessions: $200. (Shorter and longer sessions rates are prorated.)
